Sometimes the need for staffing is temporary, but may be
longer term. We maintain a consistent pattern of
communication with our associates and our client companies
to enable us to effectively match needs with skills and
availability.

Permanent Placement - We encourage our client companies to
take advantage of the opportunity to have an associate work
under the client company's direction as an employee
of ABSOLUTE
BUSINESS CONNECTIONS for a
defined period of time before moving the employee into a
full or part time role with the client's company. This
allows the client company and the associate to be confident
that a good match has been made prior to making a permanent
employment commitment.

Direct
Hire - Client's
have the option, too, of bringing in an associate as a
"direct hire". Candidates are screened based on our
client's specific needs, requirements and policies. Each
candidate is fully pre-screened according to those
customizations and we partner with the client company
throughout the hiring process.
